At the beginning there are methods and the goals of the thesis. In the first chapter there are characterized the small and medium businesses, their positives and negatives and methods of their financing. In the second chapter the loan products for small and medium businesses at selected banks are characterized and compared. In the third chapter particular phases of credit process in the Komerční banka, a. s., are analyzed. In the fourth chapter on basis of analyzed credit process the case study is made. The final chapter sums up the main conclusions which result from the diploma thesis.Diplomová práce pojednává o úvěrových produktech pro malé a střední podniky na českém trhu. V úvodní části jsou uvedeny cíle a metody práce. V první kapitole jsou charakterizovány malé a střední podniky, popsány jejich výhody a nedostatky a metody jejich financování. Ve druhé kapitole jsou charakterizovány a porovnány úvěrové produkty pro malé a střední podniky u vybraných bank. Ve třetí kapitole jsou rozebrány jednotlivé fáze úvěrového procesu v Komerční bance, a. s. Ve čtvrté kapitole je na základě analýzy úvěrového procesu provedena případová studie. Vykazování podle „IFRS for SMEs“ ve společnosti XY, a.s. – případová studie

Cílem článku je posoudit náklady a přínosy vykazování podle mezinárodního standardu účetního výkaznictví pro malé a střední podniky (IFRS for SMEs) na příkladu existující české společnosti. Nejprve je uvedeno shrnutí významných rozdílů mezi IFRS for SMEs a českou účetní legislativou a následně je u vybrané společnosti ilustrován způsob vykazování v souladu s IFRS for SMEs. V závěru článku jsou diskutovány náklady a přínosy vykazování podle IFRS for SMEs u této společnosti

Benchmarking, decision support tool of firm´s management

Předkládaná disertační práce je zaměřena na problematiku benchmarkingu, konkrétně na roli a omezení benchmarkingu jako nástroje rozhodování managementu podniku. Základním věcným záměrem práce je navrhnout metodiku provádění benchmarkingu v malých a středních firmách v souvislosti se strategickým řízením ve smyslu zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti a výkonnosti podniků. Přínosem disertační práce je návrh metodiky zavádění a provádění benchmarkingu v malých a středních podnicích, a také pro práci poradenských firem. Návrh metodiky obsahuje modely posouzení vhodnosti pro zavádění a provádění benchmarkingu, jenž jsou hlavním vědeckým přínosem doktoranda.The presented dissertation work is focused on a problem of benchmarking. In particular, it deals with a role and limitations of benchmarking as a tool for company management's decision-making. The basic objective of the work is to propose a methodology of conducting benchmarking in small and medium-size companies in connection with strategic management, to raise their competitiveness and efficiency. The main contribution of the dissertation work is the proposed methodology of implementing and conducting benchmarking in small and medium-size companies and carrying out by consulting companies. The proposal of the methodology contains models of considering the suitability of implementing and conducting benchmarking, and those are the main scientific contribution of the doctorate candidate.

Předmětem diplomové práce je definovat rozdíly ve vykazování účetních informací podle českých účetních předpisů, podle standardního souboru IFRS a dle IFRS pro malé a střední podniky a vyčíslení nákladů a vymezení přínosů přechodu na vykazování účetních informací dle IFRS pro malé a střední podniky.Object of the thesis is to define differences in financial reporting according to the Czech Accounting Standards and to the standard file International Financial Reporting Standards and to the International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-sized Entities and cost accounting and statement of benefits of transition to financial reporting according to the International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-sized Entities.

The Proposal of the Small Business Development in the Field of Language Education

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rozvoje malého podniku, kde hlavním předmětem podnikání jsou služby v oblasti jazykového vzdělávání určených jak pro jednotlivce, tak i firmy. Teoretická část je zaměřena zejména na popis analytických metod zkoumání vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy, ale také možných cest pro potencionální strategický rozvoj (růst) malých podniků, které jsou pak následně použity ve druhé, praktické části této práce společně s využitím metod primárního výzkumu. Výsledkem tak bude návrh různých směrů pro potencionální oblasti rozvoje zkoumané společnosti pro zlepšení reputace a prosperity podniku.This bachelor thesis deals with the development of small business where the main focus of the business are services in the field of language education designed for both individuals and companies. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the analytical methods for the examination of the internal and external environment of the company, but also the possible paths for potential strategic development (growth) of small businesses, which are subsequently used in the second part of this work together using the methods of primary research. The result will be different draft guidelines for potential development company investigated to improve the reputation and prosperity of the company.

Import 01/09/2009Tématem mé bakalářské práce je – Malý a střední podnik. V mé bakalářské práci se snažím vytvořit návod pro založení společnosti s ručním omezeným. Bakalářská práce obsahuje čtyři hlavní části: teoretická část, založení s.r.o., podnikatelský plán a shrnutí. V teoretické části popisuji malý a střední podnik na území ČR (jeho výhody, nevýhody atd.). Ve druhé části – založení s.r.o., popisuji všechny kroky, které jsou nezbytné pro vznik s.r.o. Podnikatelský plán obsahuje zejména zakladatelský rozpočet, analýzu okolí, výkaz zisků a ztrát atd. Tato část je doplněna o přehledné grafy, tabulky a obrázky. Ve čtvrté části komentuji průběh všech předchozích kapitol a popisuji jaké byly mé krátkodobé cíle, střednědobé cíle a dlouhodobé cíle. Přílohy obsahují všechny dokumenty, které souvisí se založením s.r.o. a další přílohy, které doplňují jednotlivé kapitoly.The theme of my bachelors thesis is – Small and Medius – size Enterprise. I try to create the manual for the flotation of Ltd. in my bachelors thesis. My bachelors thesis contains four parts: theoretic part, flotation of the Ltd., prospectus and representation. I describe Small and Medius – size Enterprise in the Czech Republic in the first part of my bachelors thesis. All of acts that are necessarily for Ltd. to start up I describe in teh second part of my bachelors thesis. The third part includes especially establishment plan, the analysis of surroundings, profit and loss statement etc. This part contains well-arranaget graphs, figures and pictures. I tray to describe the first free parts in the fourth part including medium-term-plan and long-term-plan.
